Volleyball Recap: Math & Science College Preparatory Falls Short of Los Angeles CES in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Math & Science College Preparatory can now relate to. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Los Angeles CES Unicorns on Monday. The Sharks were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Unicorns earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Math & Science College Preparatory's defeat dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Los Angeles CES, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-11.

Math & Science College Preparatory does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Los Angeles CES, they will square off against Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last three games the Vipers have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
