Luke Erhardt was the offensive standout of the matchup as he went 6 for 9 from beyond the arc en route to 26 points and 0 assists. Keaton Baird was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with 6 rebounds.
Meanwhile, even though North Hardin scored an imposing 76 points on Tuesday, Oldham County still came out on top. Oldham County took their match against North Hardin 89-76.
Spencer County's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Oldham County, their win bumped their record up to an identical 1-0.
Spencer County came out on top in a nail-biter against Oldham County in their previous matchup back in December of 2022, sneaking past 59-57. The rematch might be a little tougher for Spencer County since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
