The St. Luke's Storm's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their sixth straight defeat. They suffered a rough 70-47 defeat at the hands of Brunswick School. St. Luke's has not had much luck with Brunswick School recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Several Storm players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Gavin Sommers, who scored 14 points. Another player making a difference was Ethan Bienaime, who almost dropped a double-double on 11 points and nine rebounds.
St. Luke's has been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 14 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season. As for Brunswick School, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
St. Luke's will look to defend their home court on Friday against Greenwich Country Day at 4:00 p.m. St. Luke's is coming into the game with four straight losses at home, meaning Greenwich Country Day will have to defend against a team hungry for a win. Brunswick School does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
