The Patrick Henry Patriots won the last time they faced the McComb Panthers, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Patrick Henry came out on top against McComb by a score of 49-39.
Patrick Henry found their leader in underclassman Ada Christman, who scored nine points along with eight rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenzie Prigge, who scored six points.
Patrick Henry now has a winning record of 3-2. As for McComb, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Patrick Henry will be home for the holidays to greet Ottawa-Glandorf at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. McComb will take on Vanlue at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Vanlue will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings (they are ranked 665th, while McComb is ranked 259th).
