Amy Ahrens continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on ten points and 13 rebounds. The game was her fifth in a row with at least ten points. Morgan Burton was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with six steals.
The victory for Faith Baptist keeps them at an undefeated 5-0. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.4 points per game. As for Juniata Christian, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
Faith Baptist will be playing in front of their home fans against Bethany Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bethany Christian will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Michigan Rankings (they are ranked 346th, while Faith Baptist is ranked 83rd). As for Juniata Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Springfield Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
