Mosley is preparing for their first district matchup of the season on Friday. They will be playing at home against the Milton Panthers at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Mosley sitting on three straight wins and Milton on five.
Last Friday, everything came up roses for Mosley against Escambia as the team secured a 46-15 victory. Considering the Dolphins have won three games by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Samuel Chisolm
09/19/25 @ Escambia | 3 |
09/12/25 @ Navarre | 2 |
09/05/25 @ Rickards | 3 |
08/29/25 vs Bay | 2 |
08/22/25 vs Rutherford | 2 |
Samuel Chisolm produced another solid performance rushing for 94 yards and three touchdowns. Chisolm is crushing it when it comes to rushing touchdowns: he's punched in at least two every time he's taken the field this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Carson Griffin, who picked up 89 receiving yards and one TD.
On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Mosley's defense and their three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Will Arboleda, Jack Ahmann, and Adam Land, who each picked up one sack apiece. Wyatt Fleming was another major factor on D, making 13 total tackles (1.0 for loss).
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Milton). They blew past Navarre 53-27 on Friday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Panthers considering their three-point performance the matchup before.
Milton's win came from a few key players Mosley will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Kyle Paul, who rushed for 78 yards and a pair of scores on only eight carries. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in rushing touchdowns (two). Antonio Middleton was another key player, rushing for 113 yards on only 13 carries.
Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Milton proved: they limited Navarre to a paltry 2.2 yards per carry. The team can thank Aiden Spratt for the heroic effort on defense: he. The dominant display was nothing new: Milton has now limited their opponent to fewer and fewer yards per carry in three consecutive contests.
Milton's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Mosley, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.
Friday's game might be decided on the ground. Mosley has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 153.8 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Milton struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 245.4 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's matchup turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Everything came up roses for Mosley against Milton when the teams last played back in September of 2024, as the squad secured a 42-14 win. Do the Dolphins have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Panthers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
