The Trinity Leadership Tigers came tearing into Tuesday's contest with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 45.4 points) and they left with even more momentum. They breezed by Inspired Vision on the road to the tune of 78-15. With Trinity Leadership ahead 39-8 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Trinity Leadership's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tristan Brooks, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and five assists. Matthew Maiden was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
Trinity Leadership has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-15 record this season. As for Inspired Vision, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-18.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Madison the next time they take the court. Inspired Vision will head out to face Madison at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Trinity Leadership will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
