The Sonoma Valley Dragons lost against the American Canyon Wolves on January 10th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Sonoma Valley took a 54-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of American Canyon. Sonoma Valley has not had much luck with American Canyon recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Several Dragons players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Will Breall, who scored eight points along with two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Andre Armstrong, who scored eight points along with five assists.
Sonoma Valley has not been sharp recently, as they've lost nine of their last ten matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-14 record this season. As for American Canyon, they pushed their record up to 17-6 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home.
Sonoma Valley will head out on the road to take on Justin-Siena at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Justin-Siena will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak. As for American Canyon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Petaluma at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
