Redwood's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Novato Hornets as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Giants in their matchups with the Hornets: they've now won six in a row.

Redwood's got stronger as the match went on, holding Novato to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-15, 25-14.

Redwood's win bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Novato, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season.

Redwood will take on Archie Williams at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Giants are facing the Peregrine Falcons at the right time seeing as the Peregrine Falcons are stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for Novato, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on San Rafael at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th.
