Roman Wilder Goes Supernova in Canterbury Victory
Starting off the list is Canterbury's Roman Wilder, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Wilder rushed for 253 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
Canterbury's victory was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1. Wilder and Canterbury will look to defend their home field on Friday against Lakeside Christian at 7:00 p.m.

Ahmad Crumity and Co. Win 19th in a Row
Ahmad Crumity was instrumental in extending Shorecrest Prep's winning streak to 19 on Friday. Crumity picked up 124 receiving yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 36 yards and a touchdown, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making five total tackles and defending two passes.
Shorecrest Prep pushed their record up to 7-0 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. Crumity and Shorecrest Prep will welcome Hernando Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.

Nickolas Bearden was instrumental in extending Shorecrest Prep's winning streak to 19 on Friday. Sports Leadership & Management had no answer to Bearden as he threw for 182 yards and four touchdowns on only 14 passes, and also rushed for 67 yards and a touchdown on only five carries.
Bearden must have Sports Leadership & Management's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Bearden saw the Spartans), he rushed for 90 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 116 yards and three touchdowns.

Big Game from Mitchem As Shorecrest Prep Won 63-0
Shorecrest Prep picked up their 19th consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Edward Mitchem. Nobody could stop Mitchem as he rushed for 112 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries. He didn't just play on offense: he also made five total tackles (2.0 for loss) and defended two passes.
Unfortunately for Sports Leadership & Management, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Mitchem. When Mitchem last faced the Spartans back in October of 2023, he rushed for 28 yards and two touchdowns, and also caught a touchdown.

A Season-Best Performance from Mike Coffman Leads Lakeside Christian over Sports Leadership & Management
On Tuesday, Lakeside Christian got the W thanks in part to Mike Coffman playing the best football he has all season. Coffman picked up 105 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Lakeside Christian's victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-6. Coffman and Lakeside Christian will venture away from home to challenge Canterbury at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
