When it comes to explaining why Rochester STEM Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is Ismail Nur. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 16 points and 15 rebounds. Those 15 rebounds set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Saeed Mohamed, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds.
Rochester STEM Academy bumped their record down to 0-9 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road. As for Rushford-Peterson, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-3.
