Apollo had a senior duo take command as Sylus Stevenson threw for 132 yards and two touchdowns while completing 78.9% of his passes and Julian Gagnon Garcia rushed for 108 yards on only five carries. Gagnon Garcia's longest rush was for an incredible 86 yards.
Apollo wouldn't let West Point keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force four fumbles. Deandre Crum led the group effort, picking up two of those forced fumbles all by himself.
Despite the loss, West Point still got an impressive performance from Isaiah Smith, who rushed for 126 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.4 yards per carry. Smith's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 126 rushing yards dating back to last season.
