Ryne Thornton posted a new career-low in walks on Monday. He pitched five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
