Herron won the last time they faced Triton Central and things went their way on Saturday too. The Achaeans sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Tigers.

Herron's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Adriana Reel led the charge by getting 11 digs. Another player making a difference was Neelah Biswas, who had 12 digs and three assists.

Herron has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for Triton Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Herron didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Greenfield-Central on the 23rd. As for Triton Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Covenant Christian on the 23rd.
