Basketball Recap: Rivercrest's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Rivercrest won the last time they faced Bowie and things went their way on Friday too. The stars were shining brightly for the Rivercrest Rebels in a 51-32 win over the Bowie Pirates.

Rivercrest's victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-12. As for Bowie, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-6.

Rivercrest will be taking part in a tournament against Chisum on Thursday. As for Bowie, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bloomburg at 2:30 p.m. on December 31st.
