There's no place like home for the Ridgeline Falcons, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Monday. They came out on top against University by a score of 64-54 on Friday. Given Ridgeline's advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked fifth, while University is ranked 47th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Ridgeline found their leader in underclassman Caden Andreas, who scored 17 points along with seven assists and four steals. Another player making a difference was Tanner Allred, who scored nine points along with ten rebounds and two blocks.
Ridgeline pushed their record up to 11-2 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.7 points per game. As for University, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-6.
Ridgeline will head out on the road to face off against Gonzaga Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for University, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ferris at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
