With a playoff win on the line, McLean rose to the challenge on Monday. Everything went their way against the Kelton Lions as they made off with a 51-28 win. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Kasidy Russell was her usual excellent self, putting up 25 points. The game was her tenth in a row with at least 18 points. Another player making a difference was Hailo Moon, who posted 14 points.

The victory (which was McLean's third in a row) raised their record to 25-4. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.7 points over those games. As for Kelton, their loss dropped their record down to 11-13.

Coming up, McLean will welcome Nazareth at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Nazareth will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something McLean surely won't give up without a fight. Kelton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
