After having lost a blowout to Algona in their previous match, Hampton-Dumont/Cal were happy to find some success on Friday. Hampton-Dumont/Cal came out on top against South Hardin with a 25-12.
The victory bumped Hampton-Dumont/Cal's record up to 1-2. South Hardin are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Hampton-Dumont/Cal will look to defend their home turf next week against Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS. As for South Hardin, they will face off against Eagle Grove.
