The Springtown Porcupines can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They strolled past Castleberry with points to spare, taking the game 43-24. The win was just what Springtown needed coming off of a 52-26 defeat in their prior game.
Esther Balado had an outrageously good game as she scored 14 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Paige Winstead, who scored ten points along with three steals.
Springtown's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 19-17. As for Castleberry, they dropped their record down to 9-24 with that defeat, which was their 11th straight at home.
Springtown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Castleberry also has no future games currently scheduled.
