Mansfield took care of business in their home opener (barely) on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Willow Springs Bears, sneaking past 3-2. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Bears recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Looking ahead, Mansfield will square off against Liberty at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Willow Springs, they will challenge Alton at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
