The Bendle Tigers put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They enjoyed a cozy 80-61 win over Webberville. Bendle's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bendle to victory, but perhaps none more so than Elijah Boyd, who scored 16 points. Another player making a difference was Gabe Alomar, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.
Bendle's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-0. As for Webberville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bendle won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Clio at 7:00 p.m. on December 12th. Clio is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. Webberville's road trip will continue as they head out to face Dryden at 7:00 p.m. on December 15th.
