Tyler Ray gave up the fewest hits he has since back in March on Tuesday. He was dialed in as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out six over five innings pitched. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Shiprock back in April of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Ray also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Aztec is undefeated when he allows at most one earned run, but 4-11 otherwise.

Coming up, Ray and Aztec will host Miyamura at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last time Ray duked it out with the Patriots (last Thursday), the Tigers came out on top by a score of 5-3.
