Arvin came into Friday's   contest looking for another win against Foothill, but  Andrew Trevino wouldn't allow it. The Trojans strolled past the Bears with  points to spare on Friday, taking the game  24-7 with plenty of help from  Trevino, who rushed for 122 yards and two  touchdowns. Foothill is 5-1 when  Trevino posts 80 or  more  rushing yards, but 1-2 otherwise.

Those  victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 7  points in those games. As for Arvin, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record  this season.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Foothill will square off against Golden Valley at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Trojans will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 29.78  points per  game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Arvin, they will take on Mira Monte at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. The Bears will need to watch out since the Lions have now posted at least 31  points  in their last five contests.
