On Friday, the Southwest Legacy Titans kept a clean sheet against the Harlandale Indians. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Indians and snuck past 1-0. Southwest Legacy's winning goal came courtesy of Naomi Higa.
Southwest Legacy's win bumped their record up to 6-8-3. As for Harlandale, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8-2 record this season.
Southwest Legacy will be playing in front of their home fans against Medina Valley at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Southwest Legacy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 563rd, while Medina Valley is ranked 279th). As for Harlandale, they will head out on the road to face off against Winn at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Harlandale is facing Winn at the right time seeing as Winn is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
