Franklin County's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Jessica Spalding, who had three digs and three aces, and Holly Marshall, who had seven digs. That's the most aces Spalding has posted since back in September.
Franklin County was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved they're ace total in three consecutive matchups.
Bardstown's defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Franklin County, their victory bumped their record up to 26-4.
