Pace is 8-2 against Niceville since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Patriots will be playing at home against the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Pace 1.9, Niceville 2.7) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Pace's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They put the hurt on Crestview with a sharp 10-0 win. The Patriots might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten contests by seven runs or more this season.

Pace got a great performance from Hannah DeMarcus as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 14 over five innings pitched. DeMarcus has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than ten strikeouts in 15 consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Britten Kettler was incredible, firing off two home runs and four RBI while going 2-for-3. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March of 2024. Kamryn Pierce was another key player, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4.
Pace was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .424. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Crestview only posted a batting average of .105.
Meanwhile, Niceville earned a 5-0 victory over Crestview on Monday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.
Chloe Bailey made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 13 over seven innings pitched. Bailey was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one home run and four RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Anabelle Shackelford, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and one triple.
Pace pushed their record up to 15-2 with the win, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average over those games. As for Niceville, their win bumped their record up to 11-5.
Niceville's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Pace hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .340. It's a different story for Niceville, though, as they've only averaged .249. Will they be able to contain Pace's hitters?
Pace skirted past Niceville 1-0 in their previous meeting back in March. Do the Patriots have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
