It was another big night for Frank Smith, who rushed for 125 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries, and also threw for 243 yards and four touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes. Smith was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 53 yards. Demarcus Wade was another key contributor, picking up 114 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Meanwhile, De Kalb can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. They took their match at home with ease, bagging a 50-18 victory over Redwater. The win was just what De Kalb needed coming off of a 46-12 defeat in their prior game.
Arp has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for De Kalb, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-2.
