After flying high against Pittsburg  on Thursday, Deer Valley came back down to earth. The Wolverines came up short against  the Heritage Patriots on Tuesday, falling  3-0.  Heritage had a senior duo take command as  Gigi Ramones  had eight  digs and three  aces and  Camy De La Chevrotiere  had six  digs and two  aces. De La Chevrotiere has been hot, having also posted 13 or more assists the last five times she's  played.
Deer Valley has  been struggling recently as they've  lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record  this season. As for Heritage, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record  this season.
 Deer Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  match,  a  3-0  victory against Antioch on the 25th. As for Heritage, they have also already played their next matchup,  a  3-0  win against Emerald on the 25th.
