Cornersville has struggled against Mt. Pleasant recently, as their contest on Tuesday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Leading Mt. Pleasant to victory were Ryan Benderman and Nick Brown. Benderman scored 19 points along with 8 rebounds, while Brown scored 17 points along with 7 rebounds. The game was Benderman's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Micah Dale, who scored 10 points along with 3 steals.
