Fans got a thrill when Walker Wood and Michael Serafini connected against Bryan Station. The connection went for 62 yards, the longest such play in 6A District 8 this season.
Tates Creek lost to Dixie Heights 40-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Lafayette's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Wood threw for 111 yards and Serafini had 68 yards receiving. On the ground Malik Robinson chipped in 115 yards. Lucky Jackson helped Lafayette's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 41 yards.

Robinson provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Lafayette lost to Bryan Station. Robinson's key target this week was Serafini, who caught 2 passes for 68 yards.
Lafayette's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Generals feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Clay Bolin has thrown for 765 yards and 5 touchdowns this season, while Jackson has 23 catches for 417 yards.
The Commodores are currently in first, while Madison Central is in third.
George Rogers Clark made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 5,896 from 6,448.
