Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pope John Paul II). Everything went their way against the Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy Swamp Owls on Monday as they made off with a 15-0 victory. The Jaguars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by six runs or more this season.

Blaze Rodriguez and Andrew Hoff did most of the damage at the plate: Rodriguez went 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles, while Hoff went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. Rodriguez is also on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games he's played. Nick Andre was another key player, scoring three runs while going 2-for-3.

They weren't the only one making solid contact: Pope John Paul II kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy only managed two hits.

Pope John Paul II has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season.
