They were the clear victor by a 53-31 margin over Evant. The win was nothing new for Methodist Children's Home as they're now sitting on five straight.
Leading Methodist Children's Home to victory were Elijah Williams and Londen Bickham. Williams scored 18 points along with five steals, while Bickham dropped a double-double on 23 points and 22 rebounds. The match was Bickham's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Bryce Bickham was another key contributor, scoring three points along with eight rebounds and four steals.
Methodist Children's Home's victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-1. As for Evant, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Methodist Children's Home will be home for the holidays to greet Crawford at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Evant will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Iredell at 1:15 p.m. on December 29th.
