On Friday, Casey-Westfield got the W thanks in part to Luke Karras playing the best basketball he has all season. Karras dropped a double-double on 14 points and 23 boards. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 9.4 rebounds per game. What's more, he also racked up three steals, the most he's had since back in January.
