Goldsboro's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.7 points per game. As for South Granville, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
Goldsboro will head out on the road to face off against Southern Wayne at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Southern Wayne will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps North Carolina Rankings (they are ranked 452nd, while Goldsboro is ranked 78th). As for South Granville, they will stay at home for another game and welcome North Johnston at 6:00 p.m. on December 15th. North Johnston's defense has only allowed 13.4 points per game this season, so South Granville's offense will have their work cut out for South Granville.
