After a string of three wins, Lone Oak's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They had to suffer through an 81-34 loss at the hands of the Liberty-Eylau Leopards. While losing is never fun, the Buffaloes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 603rd, while the Leopards are ranked 192nd).

Lone Oak's loss dropped their record down to 22-13. As for Liberty-Eylau, the victory was the 18th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 32-4.

As of now, neither Lone Oak nor the Leopards have any future games scheduled.
