They came out on top against the Southwestern Randolph Cougars by a score of 8-3. That's two games straight that the Patriots have won by exactly five runs.

The team relied heavily on Jacob Flinchum, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI and one double. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in RBI. Another player making a difference was Colin Duvall, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.
