Cerro Gordo/Bement's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Jillian Durbin, who scored ten points, and Caroline Hill who scored six points.
Cerro Gordo/Bement's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 15-9. As for St. Teresa, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cerro Gordo/Bement will take on Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Heritage has now lost seven straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 23. As for St. Teresa, they will be playing at home against Tri-Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
