They were the clear victor by a 60-39 margin over Northside Christian School. The win was nothing new for Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics as they're now sitting on four straight.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics to victory, but perhaps none more so than Caroline Mcgee, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. The match was Mcgee's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kiara Weaver, who scored 13 points along with eight steals and seven rebounds.
Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics' victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-3. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 28.11 points. As for Northside Christian School, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics will face off against Varsity Opponent at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Northside Christian School will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Ashley Hall at 5:00 p.m. on January 22nd.
