Corinne Stein looked comfortable as she pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Caroline Thornhill was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Lindsay Berniard, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-5.
