Hannah Hamm made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over 4.2 innings pitched. Those six strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
In other batting news, Taylor Coffel and Kamie Costa did most of the damage at the plate: Coffel got on base in all four of her plate appearances with four runs, two triples, and three RBI, while Costa got on base in all five of her plate appearances with three runs, four RBI, and one stolen base.
