Linton-Stockton lost against Barr-Reeve on Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Miners fell 2-0 to the Vikings. The Miners' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Ella Warrick paced Linton-Stockton's offense, picking up 12 kills. Warrick got some help from Audrey Sullivan and her 17 assists. Warrick was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Linton-Stockton's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Barr-Reeve, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-3.

Linton-Stockton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Clay City on the 2nd.
