Tilden got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Antonella Villegas-Sarmiento out in front who scored 12 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which Villegas-Sarmiento has scored at least 25% of Tilden's points. Daniela Villegas-Sarmiento was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Tilden's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Hancock, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tilden will challenge Gage Park at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Hancock, they will head out on the road to face off against Catalyst-Maria at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Catalyst-Maria is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.
