Hamilton's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Timothy Matthews, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 15 rebounds. Matthews has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last three times he's played. Devan McGee was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 28 points and ten rebounds.
Hamilton has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-9 record this season. As for Booker T. Washington, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season.
