MB - Laura Beach, Lutheran (Parker, Colo.), 6-0 SeniorBeach
led the way as Lutheran went 28-0 and won Colorado's 2A championship.
Beach, who has signed with Wyoming, recorded 43 aces,
296 kills, 140 blocks and 206 digs.
MB - Rachel Rogers, Warner (S.D.), 6-2 SeniorRogers
led the way to a 34-0 season as she registered 336 Kills, 50 aces, 71 blocks and 86 digs. For her four seasons at Warner, Rogers
had 965 kills and helped Warner total a 122-5 record. In 2012, Warner
won all 90 games it played in winning the state Class B title.
MH/MB - Riley Hanson, Nevis (Minn.), 6-0 SeniorIn
leading Nevis to a 26-9-1 record, Hanson recorded 609 kills, 98
aces, 283 digs and had 255 serve receptions. In
college, she will play for Concordia/St. Paul.
MH - Samantha Meyers, Grundy Center (Iowa), 5-11 SeniorMeyers
is Iowa's Class 1A Player of the Year after averaging 4.82 kills per
set (511 kills), 47 aces (88 percent on 301 serves), 60 blocks, 359 digs
and 702 serve receptions. She has committed to Drake.
OH - Abbey Bessler, St. Henry (Erlanger, Ky.), 6-2 SeniorBessler
recorded 508 kills, 62 aces, 267 digs, 41 blocks and committed only 10
errors with 338 service receptions as the Crusaders won 31 of 40
matches. She has signed with Xavier.
OH - Kellie Schmit, Kindred (N.D.), 5-11 Senior

led Kindred to the state semifinals and a 32-10 record. She totaled 637
Kills, 119 aces (88 percent on 415 serves), 276 digs, 119 blocks and had
580 serve receptions. She will attend the University of North Dakota.
OH - Virginia Pittman, Bayside Academy (Daphne, Ala.), 6-3 SeniorPittman totaled 532 kills, 198 blocks, 209 digs and 120 aces (90 percent on 591 serves) in helping Bayside win its 11th-straight 3A state title. Bayside (62-2) won its final 60 matches. Pittman, who will attend Alabama, played on five Bayside title teams.
OH - Ellie Shannon, Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton, Calif.), 6-0 SeniorShannon totaled 366 kills, 108 digs, 110 blocks and 95 percent serving (only five service errors). Sacred Heart finished the season 33-6 and as California D-IV runner-up.
OH - Tiffany Creamer, Landmark Christian (Fairburn, Ga.), 6-2 SeniorCreamer led Landmark to the Class A state title. For the season, Creamer totaled 632 kills, 157 aces (761 serves), 131 blocks, 175 assists and 460 digs.
S - Rachel Koop, Dike-New Hartford (Dike, Iowa), 5-10 Sophomore Koop helped lead Dike-New Hartford to a 45-0 season and a 2A Iowa state title. The Northern Iowa commit recorded 1,155 assists, 129 digs and 43 aces.
S - Taylor Gustafson, Judge Memorial (Salt Lake City), 5-9 JuniorGustafson led the nation with an average of 14.5 assists as she totaled 902 in leading Memorial to a 28-5 record. She also had a 92.8 percentage on 334 serves.
L/DS - Jennifer Miller, Wesleyan (Norcross, Ga.), 5-8 Senior Miller led state runner-up Wesleyan to a 32-12 season as she totaled 528 digs, 75 assists and 82 aces. Miller will play college volleyball for Texas Christian.
AA - Ellie James, Bishop England (Charleston, S.C.), 5-8 SeniorJames is a three-time South Carolina Class AA Player of the Year. She led Bishop England to its 13th-straight state title and an all-time high school record 23 state titles. James finished her four-year run with 226 aces, 747 digs, 286 blocks and 1,286 kills and four state titles. James was MVP in the recent South Carolina North-South All-Star game as well.
AA - Brooke Wolterstorff, Western Christian (Hull, Iowa), 5-11 SeniorWolterstorff led Western to a 43-3 record and a state silver medal. She recorded 360 kills as a senior and has 1,500 lifetime. She won four gold medals in last year's state meet and was first team All-State in basketball in leading Western the Iowa state title. She will attend Dordt College.
