The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Drew in their matchups with International: they've now lost four in a row.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Teo Kimball-Directo, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds. That was a full 39% of Drew's points, marking the seventh time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Gianni Obregon was another key contributor, scoring six points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Rise University Prep's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Drew, their loss dropped their record down to 11-11.
