The biggest upset of the week belonged to University City, who took down 580th ranked Clairemont, 10-9. Dominic Lewis ran for 134 yards and caught 1 pass for 24 yards during the win.
Christian extended the longest winning streak in Central this week by beating La Jolla Country Day, 62-9. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.
Michael Carrillo threw for 330 yards and 5 touchdowns. He was 15-22 with 0 interceptions.
Carrillo put up the best numbers through the air as Christian topped the Torreys. Carrillo's favorite target this week was Trevor Howell, who caught 7 passes for 173 yards.
Christian's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Patriots feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Carrillo has thrown for 2,122 yards and 27 touchdowns this season, while Kai Arvan has 28 catches for 635 yards.
The Centurions scaled the state rankings by moving to 619 from 677 this week, the biggest jump in the league. University City was able to move up by defeating the Chieftains 10-9.
