Cody Howell and Jade Pickett provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Taylor. The connection was good for 64 yards, the longest such play in Hoosier Heartland this season.
Tri-Central was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from third to first in the league. The Trojans beat the Titans 39-13 earlier in the week.
Two of the top teams in the league will go toe-to-toe this week when Tri-Central takes on Carroll. George Gilbert's team's offense has scored 76 points this season, good for No. 1 in the league, while the Cougars have allowed only 42 on the year.
The Trojans are in first place, while Carroll is in third place.
Clinton Prairie lost to Attica 51-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
