After two games on the road, West Harrison is heading back home. They will take on the St. Patrick Fighting Irish at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Thursday, West Harrison didn't have too much trouble with St. Martin on the road as they won 46-31. Given West Harrison's advantage in MaxPreps' Mississippi basketball rankings (they are ranked 100th, while St. Martin is ranked 257th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, St. Patrick strolled past Bowling Green with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 56-41. The victory made it back-to-back wins for St. Patrick.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead St. Patrick to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brendan Moton, who scored 15 points along with 8 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Moton has scored at least 25% of St. Patrick's points. Jack Hewes was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with 3 steals.
