Last Friday wasn't at all kind to Malad, but their most recent match may have softened the blow. They blew past Wendell 44-19. Malad were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
The victory bumped Malad's record up to 1-2. The defeat dropped Wendell's record to 1-2.
Next week Malad take on West Jefferson at 7:00 PM. Wendell will be staying on the road, facing off against Payette.
