The Cromwell Cardinals won the last time they faced the Chisholm Bluestreaks, and things went their way on Thursday too. Cromwell walked away with a 56-49 win over the Bluestreaks. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Cromwell.
Cromwell's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isabella Anderson, who scored 16 points along with eight rebounds and seven steals. Anderson hasn't dropped below two steals for eight straight games. Siiena Anderson was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with five assists and four steals.
Cromwell has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season. As for Chisholm, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-6.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing South Ridge the next time they take the court. Chisholm will head out to face South Ridge at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, while Cromwell will head out to face them at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
